Membership Secretary and Legal Help

Dear Members

This is a friendly reminder to come along to the AGM at All Saints Church Hall on Thursday 7th November at 7pm. It is also an appeal for a someone to come and join us on the committee and become our new membership secretary.

Stella has overseen a rise in our membership which has reached record levels, and has decided after years of great service to the club to step down from the committee. So we are in need of a new membership secretary. We want to modernise the process to reduce the admin and focus the role on being the friendly face of the club to members. So if you fancy being at the heart of the club and like dealing with people, this is a great chance to help out. Please have a chat to Stella, myself or Dave A to find out more.

Finally we are starting the negotiations to agree a lease extension for the club. If there are any solicitors or people with lease experience in the club and who are able to help, we would really appreciate your input to help review and negotiate the new lease. Contact any of the committee if you fit the bill.
