Members are welcome to attend our committee meetings - if you would like to come along please contact the Club Sec who will be able to provide details of the time/place of the next meeting.  

The committee works hard to make sure the club provides a friendly, pleasant place to play and that the facilities are kept up to scratch.  As well as the day to day business of financial and membership management, organising squads, matches and the club tournament, we: produce annual plans to ensure the club remains vibrant and financially sound; produce and manage facilities maintenance / upgrade plans; management systems & process upgrades; review and maintain club rules and policies; engage in outreach activities (in association with the LTA and our Club Coach, Will); and organise and deliver a full calendar of events.  Whew! That stated, there is always room for more :o): please do let us have any suggestions for events, or improvements you would like to see at the club. Welfare & Safeguarding are important elements of making sure our Club is a safe, happy place to play. For further information and advice or if any member has any concerns, please contact our Welfare Officer (click on poster below for contact details).





The committee is elected annually at the AGM and holds office for one year or until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting (whichever is the later). All Adult members of the club are eligible to serve on the committee.
